I am a small pebble,

cut down from the meditating mountain,

by the waterfall.

i went with her flow,

playing and dancing to rain,

she moulded me under the raging sun,

polished me through the sparkly lakes,

for one day she promised,

i will meet the ocean.

but the sea never took me,

i lie on the shore, awaiting my time,

reminiscing and praying,

while others sailed.

i whined and cried,

But she only waved me further.

seasons change, rays changed,

sky changed and so did my shape,

but i stood there shrinking,

little more everyday, smaller and smaller.

then i became grains,

shining to sun, playing with tides,

giving up that i will ever see ocean,

then she came, big and high,

held me in her arms and carried me,

he embraced me to the deepest of his heart,

while others returned,

i stayed, forever!
