Onward is a family comedy Pixar movie, spanning over 1hour 42 minutes, directed by Dan Scanlon, released on 29th February 2020, starring Tom Holland, Cris Pratt, Julia Louis, Octavia Spencer.

This movie has magic, love and will definitely show you life through another lens. It's about a boy called Ian, who is an introvert, shy, trying to make friends and longing for recognition. He lives with his mom Laurel and brother Barley Lightfoot, who on the other hand is an enthusiast. Their father Wilden, died before Ian was born and he wishes to meet him.

On his birthday, his mom gives them a gift that their father had planned for them. It is a magic stick with a stone which will bring back their father for a day. But the stone burns halfway and the brothers wander on a quest to find out another phoenix stone.

It is one of the most beautiful ending, I have ever seen. It will make you feel how important it is to feel grateful and how often we forget to thank.

It is a must watch.

It has got 88% rotten tomatoes and 7.4/10 IMDb rating.

Happy watching!
